The Mercury Insurance Building in Clearwater houses a wide array of businesses and has entrusted EMPAD over the last 12 years to serve as designer on many of these tenant build outs to find design solutions that best meet the individual needs of each client and their given spaces.  In addition, our design team has provided services for a separate mechanical building for the facility, lobby and building core renovations and continued planning assistance as requested further growing our reputation in the Tampa Bay community as a firm devoted its repeat clients and their changing needs
