Richard has plentiful prior experience working closely with project engineers and other architects on many types of commercial projects including restaurants, carwashes, funeral homes, car dealerships, warehouses, offices, retail buildings, and residences. He is actively involved in the design process and production of construction drawings from initial meetings with clients to the project’s permit approval.
Understanding the components of construction from both the office design and physical building end (having hands-on experience remodeling both personal and rental properties), he manages projects with excellent rapport between his team and clients.

Outside the office, you may find Richard spending quality time with his girlfriend and two sons. An artist both in and out of the office, he enjoys writing, music, and appreciates nature during his hikes. He also enjoys building new things, especially getting behind some DIYs for his home.
