Juan is an accomplished designer who holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Buenos Aires, School of Architecture, Argentina. He is a registered architect with The Professional Council of Architecture & Urban Planning of Buenos Aires, Argentina (CPAU) and an International Associate member with the American Institute of Architects (US).

With a wealth of experience in luxury hotel and resort design, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use projects, Juan has worked with some of the biggest names in the hospitality industry, including Hard Rock Hotels, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, Carlson, Hilton Worldwide, Wyndham Worldwide, Choice Hotels, Intercontinental Hotels Group, and independent boutique operators.

In addition to his professional achievements, Juan is an active member of several professional organizations. He is currently board member for AIA Tampa Bay and The Center for Architecture and Design, and has previously held various leadership positions, serving as President of AIA Central Kentucky in 2022, Board member at AIA Kentucky (2020-2022), Commissioner of the Tampa Barrio Latino Commission (2015-2019), Member of Hillsborough County Public Art Committee (2017-2019), Trustee for The Tampa Bay Foundation for Architecture and Design (2017-2019), and 2019 Vice President for AIA Tampa Bay (2014-2019).
