As CEO and co-founder of EMPAD Architecture and Design in 2003, Elizabeth brings 25 years of experience in the building construction industry through commercial real estate development, real estate brokerage, and planning and construction.
Leading the marketing and administration sectors of the company, Elizabeth is responsible for business procurement, contract negotiations and the Minority and Women Owned Business certification and practice. Meanwhile, Elizabeth remains active in a number of design and commercial business organizations in the Tampa Bay community including ICSC, BOMA and REIC.
